Content License

You own the scheduling inputs you enter (opening hours, team labels, availability, rules) and the rotas, diagrams, timesheets and recap videos you generate from them. You grant MAXMEN LTD. a limited, worldwide licence to host and process this content solely to provide and support the service to you. We do not use it to train AI models and do not sell it. See the Privacy Policy.

You may freely use, print, export and share the rotas, diagrams, timesheets and recap videos you generate for your own business scheduling. You are responsible for reviewing them, and each carries an “indicative — confirm against your records; we never handle wages” note that should remain with the output.

The Shiftly application, source code, user interface, brand name, logo and site imagery are owned by MAXMEN LTD. or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service under our Terms.

You may not, except as permitted by law:

• copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute the software or site assets;
• use our name, logo or imagery to imply endorsement or as your own brand;
• reverse engineer or extract the underlying source or template assets.
